April 25, 2016

JUST UGH   A Williams Road woman reported receiving a package covered with what appeared to be blood from FedEx. Investigators tested the substance, and it was not believed to be human blood. However, reports did not state whether it was animal blood or something else.

HANDY WEAPON A Campus Crossings Apartments woman reported being struck in the head several times with a cooking pot by another female during a domestic squabble.

MAKING THE MOST of your shoplifting efforts. A man stuffed 29 dollar-priced items 13 clothing items and 16 hygiene items into a back pack and left without paying. He paid later when he posted bail, though.

BRAS, PANTIES AND WHAT? A Wal-Mart Supercenter shopper was arrested after stealing $28 worth of bras, panties and apple sauce.

PLEASE EXPLAIN A Highway 80 East man told deputies his male cousin took several “romantic products” from his home and sold them for gas money. The cousin, who lives with the complainant, admitted doing so, but the complainant did not wish to press charges. Reports did not divulge what those products are, and we’re probably better off not knowing.
