Wild Wing Café breaks out new menu

With football season gearing back up, it's always good to have a go-to sports venue with great food to keep you going throughout the night. Wild Wing Café launched a new menu this month for all of its locations across the U.S., and the new additions give bar food a whole new twist.
Of course, ordering a new dish can be kind of scary — after all, if you order it and don't like it, you're stuck with it for the rest of the night. Connect Statesboro has helpfully done your research for you.
In our humble opinion, you can't go wrong with the new Srirachos. The heat of these nachos doesn’t come from jalapenos, like most chip dishes; it comes instead from a helping of sriracha sauce, blended into the chicken in a honey lime marinade. The heat is distinct but not overpowering, so even those who don’t like spicy foods can find something to enjoy in the dish.
The menu also features new flatbread “pizza” options, including a barbecue pork flatbread that smacks of Southern summertime. The sweet heat of the BBQ sauce is pleasantly brought down by the coolness of homemade coleslaw, and it’s heavy enough to make a meal by itself. For lighter fare, you could always go with the shrimp pesto flatbread, which has cooler, complementing flavors.
The buffalo chicken wraps, with their crackly exterior and creamy sauce, make another delicious and easy to share appetizer. For full meals, the Wilder Willy is a perfect staple for sloppy game night dinners: hearty, heavy and flavorful, accompanied by fries and a unique and surprising beer cheese dipping sauce.
Wild Wing Café's new dishes are all tasty new additions, but its biggest achievement with its new menu is the consistency of the food. Despite the abundance of sauces, none of the dishes were soggy, defying what one might expect from bar food.
Connect had a great experience with Wild Wing Café's new menu, but don't take our word for it. Give it a shot for the next Eagle's away game and see if, like us, you'll be eager to go back for more.
